Hi, Team.
In this episode of The Amazing Runner’s World Show, Aly tested out the Runner’s World What to Wear tool, which takes the guesswork out of layering. She also was joined by health and fitness editor Natascha Grief to talk about the 10 exercises all runners should do and a 16-week strength training plan for marathoners. Finally, Jeff gives you a look at the Hoka Skyward X, a new super trainer with Pebax foam and an innovative carbon-fiber plate. RW+ members can watch the full episode below.

In the previous episode of The Amazing Runner’s World Show, Jeff and Aly disagreed about the best way to stick your race bib to your shirt. Somewhat related, Jeff shared a couple embarrassing stories about falling down on runs. We also talked about a world record while pushing a stroller, and Mallory Creveling, RW’s health & fitness deputy editor, talked about mental health and running.
